Welcome to our practice! We are pleased to offer in-person office sessions and clinical supervision appointments for individuals in Smith County and the surrounding areas.
We provide virtual appointments for adult women across Texas and in person appointments for those near Lindale, ensuring that everyone has access to the support they need.
I help women in all stages of life recover from controlling relationships and systems--such as narcissistic family dynamics or patriarchal conditioning--using a humanistic and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach to (re)connect with their identify, values and sense of self.
